At Silver Stag Studio, I take your data seriously. Whether you're a solo business owner or a large company, your privacy, trust, and security are treated with the highest care.

1. What Data We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide our data cleanup and organization services. This may include:

• Business names
• Contact details (name, email, phone number)
• Spreadsheets or documents containing client, job, or internal business data

2. How Your Data Is Used

Your data is used solely for:

• Auditing, organizing, and cleaning your spreadsheets
• Creating reports and summaries based on the work done
• Communicating with you throughout the project

I do not sell, share, or use your data for anything outside the agreed scope of work.

3. Data Storage & Security

• Your data is stored in secure, access-restricted cloud folders (e.g. Google Drive or Dropbox)
• Files are only accessed by me (the studio owner), and never shared without your explicit permission
• Upon request, files can be deleted after project completion

4. Consent & Confidentiality

• By submitting your data, you agree to the handling outlined in this policy
• I'm happy to sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements to support enterprise or sensitive cases
• Every client, no matter their size, is treated with the same level of privacy and respect.

5. Your Rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ), you have the right to:

• Access your data
• Request corrections
• Ask for your data to be deleted
• Withdraw consent at any time

6. Breach Notification

If there is ever a serious privacy breach (e.g. unauthorized access or data loss), you and the NZ Privacy Commissioner will be notified within 72 hours, as required by law.
